A joint venture between AEG-Electrolux and the state-of-the-art Dalesford Organic Cookery School gives Electrolux the kind of brand exposure that every manufacturer dreams about.
The Cotswolds-based Dalesford Organic is not a conventional organic farm with a draughty shop where earth covered vegetables wait for enthusiasts of organic produce. It is a top notch multi-faceted farm-based enterprise of Lady Bamford, who, using the organic produce from her farms, has created a place to meet, cook and shop for anyone who appreciates good food. It’s frequented by affluent local residents, national celebrities and aristocrats.
The Daylesford Cookery School, fronted by head chef Vladimir Niza, runs a wide spectrum of cookery courses (which can be booked via a website) ranging from artisan bread making, through to butchery, children’s cookery classes and simple home cooking – all using the produce grown and reared on the Daylesford farm.
Food lovers who join Daylesford’s cookery classes use two of the latest AEG-Electrolux ovens. The AEG-Electrolux B98205M offers steam and multifunction cooking, while the AEG-Electrolux B88715M digital multifunction oven has a wide choice of cooking functions, with the added benefit of pyrolytic cleaning. The school is also equipped with AEG-Electrolux induction hobs, cooker hoods, wine coolers and dishwashers.
