The ‘Exclusively Independents’ show, organised by GDHA, Dimplex and Morphy Richards, will again take place at Cranmore Park, Solihull, on Sunday 16 and Monday 17 September. ‘Exclusively Independents’ has been developed to give independent retailers alternative market opportunities for boosting sales at the time of the recession. This year’s event will feature a range of special offers only available to companies attending the show.
Morphy Richards will be showcasing a range of its small kitchen appliances, irons and floorcare, including its Accents range and the Colour Boutique collection of kettles and toasters and food preparation products.
GDHA will exhibit new models across the Stoves, Belling and New World cooking brands. The Stoves Professional collection will be on show, including what is believed to be an industry first, an electronically-controlled, multifunction gas oven.
Lec will launch its new collection of chest freezers and new silver and black colour options, while New World will exhibit its nine-shade Colours range of built-in ovens and freestanding cookers, also complementing Morphy Richards’ Accents range.
On display will be Dimplex’s new range of electric fires featuring the Opti-myst smoke and flame effect, amongst them the Westbrook, the first Opti-myst basket design.
