Gorenje launches Centre of Excellence scheme

Gorenje UK has launched a Centre of Excellence scheme, offering enhanced support and commitment to the independent retailer. The scheme has been introduced to benefit both the retailer and the consumer. The retailer gains increased marketing and sales support while the consumer will be able to familiarize themselves with Gorenje appliances in dedicated showrooms where they will receive in-depth product information and first class customer service.

To become a Centre of Excellence, retailers must stock at least 15 Gorenje appliances and one of its unique design ranges. Moreover the staff must be fully trained to provide customers with detailed product knowledge and expertise, and superior service.

Every Gorenje Centre of Excellence will benefit from marketing support from Gorenje UK.  They will have a prominent listing on the Gorenje UK website as a Centre of Excellence to drive customers to the showroom.  Each Centre of Excellence will attract additional trade discounts and sales leads will be passed to each relevant outlet.
