Clipper Logistics Technical Services Division has been appointed as Vestel’s strategic brown goods service partner for the UK, it has been announced. Clipper will provide Vestel with a range of solutions including product refurbishment, provision of spare parts and ecommerce solutions.
The Clipper Technical Services Division manages over one million returns per annum, with revenues of £20 million, and was established following Clipper’s acquision of Servicecare Support Services Ltd and RepairTech Ltd in 2014 and 2017 respectively. As part of the new partnership agreement, the division will be servicing some of Vestel’s best-known brands, including its brand licensed business, Toshiba TVs.

Clipper’s services to Vestel also include the service and repair of TVs, large format displays and set top boxes, as well as the management of logistics services.
