The conference began with a Q&A on effective enforcement followed by expert insights on getting the basics right. A key focus was e-micromobility regulation and enforcement and how to better support delivery riders in the gig economy.

Also under discussion was smarter policy making and advocacy using data insight and effective collaboration. It’s not about compromising what you want but being realistic about what can be achieved.

The day ended with emerging issues such as AI-driven safer shopping, installation and product safety alignment, safe reuse and repair, and empowering consumers.
