TRIC recently celebrated its 55th TRIC Awards and again, in partnership with Euronics.
The event was hosted by TRIC president Roman Kemp and featured a live performance by Pixie Lott. During the afternoon of 25th June at the Grosvenor House, London, TRIC announced the very best TV, radio and online shows, as well as Britain’s most-loved stars and talent of 2023 / 24.
The public had spoken, and with a staggering 1.3Million votes cast, TRIC announced the public’s favourites in front of a live audience of 1000+. The Awards was streamed live via the TRIC YouTube channel and is still available on-demand for viewers to take a front row seat and watch all the action at their leisure.
This year TRIC blended certain categories across Television, Radio , plus, Online and the results highlight some interesting trends, with Daytime and New Shows being incredibly popular across both platforms.
The support from the CE / Domestic Appliance industry, has been immense with both attendance and generous donations for the Silent Auction.
TRIC are therefore extremely grateful to many in this industry, including Haier, CDA, Humax, Roberts, Liebherr, Rangemaster, Toshiba, Audio-Technica, Shark/Ninja, D&G, Sony, AEG, Samsung, Creda, KellyVision, LG, Forbes Electrical, Pure, and many more.
Finally, at this year’s awards TRIC appointed two new Vice Presidents – Angellica Bell and Angie Greaves who will take over from Ainsely Harriot and Jon Culshaw. Both Jon and Ainsley have been awarded Honorary Vice Presidents roles for their ongoing support to TRIC.
